How to raise your vibration, according to Albert Einstein, among many others, everything is vibration. Everything is one energy of vibrating molecules manifesting in many different ways. As with our thoughts, emotions, bodies, animals, trees, & rocks. There are higher and lower vibrations. Everything in the universe is made up of molecules that vibrate at different speeds.

  1. Being grateful, and thankful. It truly does not take much to look around you and see all the things you have to be grateful for.
  2. Create a gratitude journal. Using this method shifts you from the focus of what you don’t have, to focusing on all that you do have. There is so much to be grateful for, it only takes a few moments to look around and see.
  3. Find something beautiful and appreciate it. Beauty and many beautiful things are all around us.
  4. Become conscious of the foods you eat. Eat quality organic produce, foods that are fresh, and natural is what nature intended. Pay attention to how the foods you eat make you feel. Good quality high frequencies chemical and pesticides free.
  5. Become conscious of your thoughts. Pay attention to your thoughts it only takes 17 seconds to change a negative thought to a more positive one. In the next 17 seconds, another positive thought comes in to join in. Soon the next will lead to more positive thoughts and feelings.
  6. Drink Water -Drink plenty of water, staying hydrated, for this flushes out the day-to-day toxicity.
  7. Meditate– People rush through their day from one thing to another with life’s busy demands. Meditation helps calm your spirit down and puts you in a peaceful state of mind. Just 10-20 minutes of consistent meditation each day can positively change your life forever.
  8. Get Active- Higher vibration loves movement. So get moving by practicing yoga, Qigong, Tai Chi, walking, dancing, and the more you do your health and vitality will enhance. The happier you are the more positive experiences you will draw to yourself. Because you are operating at a higher frequency.
  9. Practice Kindness to others- Without the expectations of anything in return. This shifts your thinking from “Lack”; to abundance. Feeling I have more than enough to give to others.
