What Causes MS? Why Don’t They Know?

What is the cause of MS? Why is it that in all these years of donations for research, they don’t know what causes it, or are they even close to finding a cure? Perhaps researchers are not even looking for the cause. MS, cause, and cure which is still not known in 2022. From my research perception and MS experience, they are not looking too hard to find a cure, if at all. Research studies are too busy researching drugs to suppress symptoms, not the cure. Pharmaceutical corporations and their shareholders don’t want a cure. They want to sell more drugs that cause more issues with side effects than they do anything for MS patients. If any patient receives any relief, it’s because the drug suppresses the root cause of MS but causes other damage to their body.

We can invent every dam weapon that kills people, destroys the planet, and send technology to Mars, but we don’t have a cure for these illnesses and diseases in 2022.

I suffered from MS for 23 years and cured myself through meditation, yoga, and qi gong to work with my life energies. I also practiced Parts Work and Shadow Work. By finding the root cause of my disease, which was suppressed childhood emotional pain and trauma. As a result, I furthered my emotional pain and trauma by repeating patterns as an adult, such as physical and emotionally abusive relationships. I also found the positive subconscious intention behind my illness.

The MS Society

You can go to the MS societies website; it is the same old story. I am not knocking the MS Society in any way; they do beautiful things for people with MS. My point here is when we search “what is the cause of MS,” it is the same. They don’t know. Every one of their possible causes and theories is all speculation and bullshit. They state, “The cause of MS is not known” How many more years are we still going to see this displayed on their site? They also say, “Scientists believe MS is triggered by a combination of factors. To identify the cause, research is ongoing in areas of……” They are listed below. This is a good distraction for people with MS that keeps us focused on these guessing proposed research areas. People with MS suffer not only from the disease but also from feelings of doom that there is no cure. That is if they are waiting for the Pharmaceutical corporations and their shareholders to find that cure. You are in for a long wait.

Here are some of the speculations researchers have that may cause MS.

  • Immunology (the study of the immune system)
  • Epidemiology (the study of disease patterns in large groups of people)
  • Genetics (understanding the genes that may not function correctly in people;e who develop MS), But they also state that MS is not inherited.
  • Infection factors (Many viruses and bacteria — including measles, canine distemper, human herpes virus-6, Epstein Barr virus (EBV, and Chlamydia pneumonia — have been or are being investigated to determine if they are involved in the development of MS. EBV, the virus that causes mononucleosis, has received significant attention in recent years. A growing number of research findings indicate that previous infection with EBV contributes to the risk of developing MS.”

Do you accept this bullshit? Because I do not and never have for many years now. When I first developed MS in 1994, they said it was an inherited disease, for three people in my family had MS. My older sister Kim, our cousin Louanne who passed from MS, and myself. That is why I took my MS and health into my own hands with alternative methods after 23 years of suffering. As a result, my MS has not been active for three years. All symptoms are gone; I even had another MRI in February 2021, showing that it is not active.

The MS Society Tells Us A lot of Information We Already Know.

  • MS has an abnormal immune response to inflammation and damage to the (CNS) central nervous system.
  • T cells and B cells are two important types of immune cells. T cells activate in the lymph system and, in MS and enter the CNS through blood vessels.
  • Once in the CNS, T cells release chemicals that cause inflammation and damage, damaging myelin nerve fibers and the cells that make myelin.
  • T cells are imported to help active B cells and call on other immune system cells to participate in the immune attack.
  • Regulatory T cells, a type of T cell, dampen or turn off inflammation. In MS. T, regulatory cells Do Not function correctly and do not turn off inflammation.
  • B cells become activated with the help of T cells. B cells produce antibodies and stimulate other proteins, and in MS, these cause damage in the CNS also.

Now Let’s Go Back to the Lymphatic System: what causes MS?

In the lymphatic system of MS people, the T cells are activated in the lymph system and enter the CNS through the blood vessels. Once in the CNS, T cells release chemicals that cause inflammation and damage, resulting in myelin damage, nerve fibers, and the cells that make the myelin.

Ok, here is a new perspective on the situation to take a look at.

First of all, hundreds of research studies show that people with MS have higher doses of the stress hormone cortisol running through their bloodstream. So what effect do you think suppressed emotional pain and trauma have on our lymphatic system?

  • What happens when we experience states of prolonged stress?
  • Stress and anxiety on the lymphatic system pour large amounts of stress hormones cortisol and adrenaline into the bloodstream. High cortisol acidic nature can cause a breakdown of the lymphoid tissue and impede lymphatic flow. Research has shown that individuals with MS carry these high doses of this stress hormone in their blood. Once these harmful stress hormones are in the bloodstream, they enter the CNS.
  • T cells release chemicals that cause inflammation and damage to the nerve myelin.

Now let’s take this further,

What emotions are connected to the lymphatic system? what causes MS?

  • Any body system connected to the element of water reflects our physical body and is directly related to how we process and move our emotions.
  • The lymphatic system mirrors how we embrace the flow of emotions and our ability to express feelings of sadness, grief, anger, and trauma, conscious or unconscious.
  • Long-term stress hormones flood the body and negatively affects the immune system’s ability to remain strong. In addition, chronic stress is associated with abnormalities in the stress hormones and inflammatory markers.

The Emotional Body? What causes MS?

Many scientific studies prove that our emotional state significantly influences our bodies’ health and well-being. For example, Harvard Medical research also shows that 90% of all illnesses and diseases are stress-related. Therefore, 90% of all illnesses and dis-ease are caused by holding onto past negative thoughts and unprocessed past trauma of negative emotions.

Therefore, because our thoughts and emotions are things, they have an energy frequency in our vibrational universe and in our bodies. Furthermore, quantum physics shows us everything in existence has its unique vibrational frequency. Therefore, our thoughts, feelings, and emotions all hold a vibrational frequency, including you and me.

Holding onto negative emotions becomes stuck in our bodies within the very cells and organs. As a result, it is causing mental, physical, and emotional illness and disease.

Another Harvard University Study

A Harvard University scientist found that even in healthy people, simply recalling an anger experience from a past experience caused a six-hour dip in levels of antibody immunoglobulin A. The cell’s first line of defense against infection.

What Chakra is the Lymphatic System?

The sacral chakra is associated with the lymphatic system and is responsible for expressing emotions. Here are ways to create flow in your lymphatic system and remove toxins from your body.

  • Exercise, such as yoga and qigong, and tai chi
  • Do inner parts and shadow work to find the root cause of your illness. For example, what emotional pain and trauma do you have that has not been processed healthily? Holding onto emotional pain, in fact, causes illness and disease in the body.
  • Alternative treatments, acupuncture
  • Hot and cold showers
    • Use dry brushing, brush your dry skin in a circular motion for 10 mins with a natural bristle brush, then shower. Combine with hot and cold showers for best results.
    • Drink plenty of water
    • Avoid wearing tight clothes
    • Deep breathing, meditation
      • Eat healthy foods that promote lymph flow
      • Leafy green vegetables
      • low surgery fruits
      • Ground flaxseed
      • Chia Seeds
      • Avocados
      • Garlic
      • Brazilnuts
      • Almonds
      • Walnuts Cranberries

Herbal tea that stimulates lymph flow

  • Echinacea
  • Astragalus
  • Goldenseal
  • Cilantro
  • Poke root
  • Parsley

We Need To Find The Root Cause Within Each Individual With MS, for I Beleive Everyones Will Be Different: What causes MS

  • Finding the root cause within each individual with MS, each MS patient will have a different root cause.
  • Therefore, what is that person’s emotional pain state? Is it conscious or subconscious?
  • Have they endured past emotional trauma during childhood or before the onset of symptoms as adults?
  • How do they each deal with stress? I believe this is the reason for the different types of MS, and the difference in the symptoms, from one patient to another. Trapped emotional pain in the body manifests in different areas and symptoms, causing different illnesses or diseases to each individual suffering, consciously or subconsciously.

How Can MS Researchers Not Look At The Emotional Body?

Put Research Into Stress, PastTrauma, and The Emotional Body To Understand That’s Where The Cure Is: what causes MS?

The cure for MS is within each person who has it. I suffered from MS for 23 years, from the hospital, home to a hospital bed, and a wheelchair for three years. I dragged my right leg for many years, my right arm was weak, and I had no coordination. The right side of my face drooped, and I looked like I had a stroke. My right eye would do its own thing, for the muscles were weak. I struggled to talk, for I could not push my words out. Blurred vision, and I felt like I was going to choke every time I ate, for I had trouble swallowing. The drugs I took for years gave me degenerative bone disease from the side effects. As a result, I suffered chronic joint, neck, and back pain to the point that the degenerative bones caused me to have cervical spine surgery.

I Learned Methods to Heal My MS

After 23 years, I learned how to heal myself. I know I had to get a handle on my stress and anxiety that always was through the roof. I started with meditation to calm my stress and anxiety for about a year. Within a year, my right leg was not dragging anymore. I still wasn’t walking normally, but I wasn’t dragging my leg. My face was not drooping any longer. I could eat much better, and my speech was improving. All of these improvements are just from managing my stress.

Within a couple of years, I started practicing Yoga and Qigong. My life was on full speed ahead in the healing process. Both of these practices work with our energy body and help move stuck energy in the body. Opening up chakras and our energy flows more easily helps prevent energy from becoming stuck.

Parts Work and Shadow Work

Then I learned parts work and shadow work. I was learning how to go within and face childhood trauma and heal. I became aware of the repeating patterns of abusive personal relationships I was in repeatedly. Different faces and places, but the relationships always turned out in the same destructive way, with more trauma. Once I learned to heal from these emotional traumas, my MS and life have never been the same.

MS is no longer active within me. I walk perfectly normal now, and all other symptoms are gone. I practice yoga and do poses with my body I could not even do in my 20s, and I will be 60 in January. Life is good! I can only share my story. I cannot heal others with MS. They must take responsibility for their health. Work with their healthcare providers, but do your research. Look into holistic methods of healing.

We Need To Retrain Our Bodies Stress Response and Negative Emotions: what causes MS?

The fact that we can retrain our bodies to respond to stress less harmfully is genuinely remarkable. Furthermore, research studies in epigenetics show that breathing techniques can change our gene expression. Therefore, we have the power to alter the fundamental activity of the cells within our bodies with our minds. For example, long-term meditation practice increases our brains’ gray matter in the auditory and sensory cortexes. In other words, our senses even become enhanced.

I am not saying that I know what causes everyone’s MS; I know what was the cause of mine and how I healed MS within me. If I can heal MS within myself, then anyone can do so. We all have the power to heal ourselves from any illness. Once we heal the emotional body and get out of the body’s way, it heals itself. This is how the human body was created. All I know is that a belief is a thought we keep thinking; if you believe there is no cure for MS, you have closed off all possibilities for healing yourself. I hope with all my heart that if that is a belief you hold, you change it.
