Understanding the root cause of ailments, illnesses and diseases are critical for us to truly heal.
How Do Illness and Disease Manifest In Our Bodies?
The most valid science on earth is quantum physics. No science has been tested and verified more. Why is this important in relevance to how illness and disease manifest? It is relevant because the primary principle in quantum physics is that consciousness is creating our life experiences. We add epigenetics to physics, and now we understand the mechanism of how consciousness is controlling our biology. Physics and biology are coming together to reveal that we are potent creators of our own lives, for the better or worse. Everything we create in our own experience is either created consciously or unconsciously.
We Live In A Vibrational-Attraction Based Universe
We Live in an attraction-based universe; whether we believe it or not, it is truth. Everything in this universe is energy, diverse variations of vibration. We are energy, our thoughts, and emotions affect our body, and our pain body affects our thoughts and emotions. If you were to look at your hand under a powerful microscope, you would see that we are not as solid as we thought; in fact, our hand is a state of vibrational energy. Everything in existence is energy consciousness. The understanding that we create our own reality for better or worse is the most challenging truth for many to grasp. Yet it is true, especially hard to comprehend by individuals who have made an illness or disease manifest in their body.
Our Thoughts, Emotions, Feelings, and Past Traumas Have an Effect on Our Body
When we are experiencing fear in our mind, our brain translates fear with different chemicals, stress hormones cortisol, and norepinephrine. These are factors that affect the immune system called cytokines or histamine.
Example: When we focus on fear, the brain reacts to our fear by flooding the bloodstream with chemistry causing damage to the body. We manifest high blood pressure, heart disease, and many more illnesses. To heal from these illnesses, we have to find the root cause. I know what you are thinking. I just read that focusing on fear, stress, and anxiety was the cause of high blood pressure, etc. There is such a big difference between positive thoughts and negative thoughts have on our health.
Many individuals say that positive thinking doesn’t work and that’s not true. There are countless medical scientific studies using the placebo effect. a doctor says here’s a new scientific medication and it’s going to cure you and you believe it and take the pill and you get well. Later then find out the medication was only a sugar pill. People ask what made me well, it’s not the sugar. It is the powerful belief and positive emotional feelings and how it is going to help you heal. Placebo, positive thinking, positive results.
More importantly, most people don’t recognize an important point, that negative thinking is equally powerful in causing illness or disease in the body. Positive and negative thinking is equally powerful because of the level of consciousness that is translated into the body’s chemistry that controls our genetics.
Western Medicine
Western Medicine is behind when it comes to treating patients as a whole. Treating patients merely from a physical standpoint. Other cultures have known for thousands of years of our energy body, and how our thoughts, emotions, and feelings affect our physical body. Treating the symptoms of the illness or disease never really heals anything because they do not address the root cause of illness and disease, only the symptoms. The western world is going to evolve in medicine in the future, slowly but surely. Treating patients as a whole, on a mental, emotional, energic, and physical level to truly heal patients.
Finding The Root Cause: All Illness and Disease Start on the Mental and Emotional Level
When we think or believe that the physical reason is the root cause, we are missing important information. In fact, the root cause of our illness or disease started long before the physical illness or disease showed up. We lack essential knowledge that the root cause is what is causing the ailment, illness or disease, fear, stress, anxiety, and so forth in the first place. As stated above, you may be surprised when you find the actual root cause of your ailment, illness, or disease. Therefore, it is easy to believe that the illness causes these thoughts, but it’s the complete opposite. These thoughts and feelings are what are causing the condition. These thoughts and feelings are what are unresolved and unhealed.
An illness or disease is a magnification of its actual root cause, always, there is no exception. This knowledge gives helps us understand what had created it.
Try out this exercise by asking yourself a few questions if you are skeptical. Then close your eyes, relax and ask yourself these questions, listen to what comes up without judgment, and be honest with yourself.
- How does this illness make me feel?
- How do I feel about it?
- What thoughts does it cause me to think?
As stated above, it is easy to believe that the illness causes these thoughts, but it’s the complete opposite; your answers about how you think and feel are what had caused the ailment to manifest and need to be resolved.
The truth is that all ailments, illness, and disease begins on the mental and emotional level and then proceeds to manifest in our physical body. Therefore, the physical illness or disease manifests from a mental and emotional cause.
Our bodies react precisely to what is happening on a mental and emotional level. However, we do not have the understanding or awareness of what is happening. As a result, we lack awareness of the consequences of our thinking patterns, mental and emotional unresolved past pain and trauma are affecting our lives at every level.
The Root Cause Of Illness and Disease is Trauma
The root cause of illness and disease is trauma. Therefore, we need a clear understanding of what trauma is. Trauma is any experience that is distressful or unpleasant, and most stem from childhood trauma. For example, holding on to a painful belief can be trauma, as I am not worthy, I am not good enough.
Trauma can be a life experience that can land from one end of the trauma scale to the other, with many forms of trauma in between. On one end of the scale, the trauma of rape and war is on the extreme. A child weening from a sippy cup is traumatic to a small child, for they do not understand why they can’t have it. Each child is different in the weening off their sippy cup; some are completely devastated, while others are not so bothered by it, the same goes for adults with forms of trauma. Wherever our experience lands on the trauma scale, all trauma can manifest as an ailment, illness, or disease when unresolved.
When we think that the root cause is the physical illness or disease we lost the knowledge that the root cause actually started long before the actual physical illness or disease showed up. Our bodies react to what is happening on a mental and emotional level in a perfect match. We are not aware of what is happening with our conscious minds.
Conscious and Subconscious Mind
The subconscious process that we are unaware of is what is lead up to the illness or disease within us. Therefore, it is not that we have done something wrong if we manifest an ailment or illness in our life. Instead, it is a call to make changes in our life. To become aware of these subconscious processes that take place within us that lead up to our condition. It was not a conscious choice to become ill, for if we knew it was happening, we would choose to be healthy always. Therefore, there is nothing more than our subconscious asking us to make changes in our lives.
There are conscious and subconscious processes happening within us always, and no one is exempt from this process. We are aware of some aspects of ourselves, and some we are not. Unresolved trauma leaves us in resistance, for we have not moved through it. As a result, many individuals believe they have moved on from their trauma because they survived. They are strong and pushed through it as most do. However, standing strong and pushing through is totally different than moving through our trauma and healing. As a result, the trauma is still a wound deep in the subconscious that has not healed.
We need to find a way to integrate our experience into who we are met to become. Therefore, finding a way to use the trauma to serve us instead of causing ailments and chaos in our life.
I Created MS and Healed MS In My Body: The Root Cause Of Illness and Disease
When most individuals become aware that there are mental and emotional root causes to every physical ailment in our bodies, we have a hard time accepting this truth. Why? As a result, it means we had something to do with our own illness. Unfortunately, I was one of these individuals.
Like most, I was devastated when diagnosed with a so-called incurable disease such as MS. I was brought home from the hospital in an ambulance to a hospital bed waiting for me on Thanksgiving Day 1994; I thought that was ironic. However, I did not know that this illness was one of my creations. It took many years before I found the knowledge I needed to heal from this horrible crippling disease.
This knowledge was challenging for me to comprehend at first, or more so, I didn’t want to hear it and was in complete denial. Being told that I created this horrible disease in my own body felt insulting and devastating at the same time, but again, still valid. On the other hand, if I knew I was creating this horrible disease in my body, I would have changed it. It was not in my conscious awareness, for I would always choose health.
Our Body is Always Trying to Communicate With Us About Our Being Through Illness.
The physical body is communicating with us; it’s trying to tell us what is out of alignment, what is best for us, and what we truly desire. We need to listen to our body, mind, soul, and heart.
Our bodies are never against us; they are always for us. The illness or disease that manifests in our body is trying to help us. It is our body’s subconscious attempt to assist us. Our body reacts to what is happening on a mental and emotional level at a perfect match always.
If you are like me and created disease in your body, try this approach first by Teal Swan, author of the Completion Process. I highly recommend picking up a copy of her book. I have no affiliation with her, I am just one of the thousands of people she has helped heal by following her methods in the Completion Process, and I want to share this knowledge with everyone. To look within and take this journey to self-healing.
The first step is to ask yourself, what is my body trying to tell me? Here are a few steps to take; it doesn’t hurt to try the exercise, even if you are skeptical as I was. As I said before, you may be surprised by the answers you find. Try to write the answers down on paper with the opposite of your dominant writing hand. If you are right-handed, use your left.
- Focus on the onset of the illness and ask yourself questions like this again, be honest with yourself.
- When did I first notice the symptoms?
- When did this illness occur?
- How was I feeling?
- What was I thinking in the months and weeks before that led up to the illness’s first symptoms or onset?
- What does this illness or disease prevent me from having or doing in my life?
- If I had that thing or what I want to do in my life, what would be harmful or wrong about it?
Our Bodies Are Always Trying to Help Us; It Is Never Against Us. Childhood Trauma
What I had found with my own creation of my disease was that the actual symptoms started when I was in a horrible marriage. My husband was an alcoholic and verbally and physically abusive. In addition, I had three kids to take care of. He would cut me down verbally in public and beat me whenever the urge arose. I grew up in the same environment in my parents’ home, and it is sad to say that this was the norm for me. My husband had the same childhood experience that I lived. We were a perfect vibrational match that brought us together.
I Was Living My Mothers Life
I had so many beliefs installed in me by my parents, such as no matter how abusive my father was to my mother, she was his servant. My mother waited on him hand and foot and worked hard in his car body shop business, and never had a moment to herself; she had eight children, worked with my father, and came home with him. My mother never had a life of her own, a peaceful moment to herself, or anything she could call her own, no hobbies or friends she could pull support from. I was living my mother’s life.
Not one friend ever came to our home for a cup of coffee with her. He kept her isolated, in bondage, broken, and abused. She tried to leave my father a few times, we went to my aunts at one point, but she was going through the same situation. My aunt was in an abusive marriage also and threw her husband out. He came to the door when we were staying with her.
My aunt’s estranged husband was trying to kick the door in a drunken stooper. I can remember my aunt and mother loading a shotgun as they stood about 15 feet from the door. The police showed up just in time. We left a couple more times and stayed with my grandparents, my grandmother would tell her to go back home after a few days. It is a life pattern we were all living, handed down from one generation to another for my grandfather also was also an abusive alcoholic.
Standing Strong
I was always standing strong, never letting others know the mental and emotiona pain I was in myself. I was the loving support of my older sister and brother who needed me. Unfortunately, both were very self-destructive from years of childhood abuse. At the age of six, I found my sister in an overdose of medication in her bed. This was her first suicide attempt of many. I was there for her always in her trying times. She is ten years older than me, I was her support from my early teens right through most of my adulthood.
My older brother was just a few years older than me, unfortunately, we lost him at age 43. He was a cutter as a teenager, and whatever else he could do to himself, he would. As an adult, he would start bar fights with the biggest guy there just to get his own ass kicked. We also have another brother who was an extreme alcoholic and lost his life in his early 30s from liver failure. Our younger sister was practicing bulimia in her early teens right through adulthood. Therefore, I was always trying to be the strongest support system I could be, but I had no support for myself. I had lost myself buried deep in the chaos.
Back to The Months and Weeks Before The Onset of My Symptoms
The months and weeks before the onset of my symptoms, things escalated at home. My husbands drinking and rage were getting worse. I found out he was now doing cocaine, and the alcohol and drugs together made him even more abusive. As a result, a month before he broke my jaw, I drove myself to the hospital ER about a half-hour away with my three kids in the back seat. Not only was I allowing myself to go through hell, but also my children. They were ages 4, 8, and 12 at the time. My children sat in the car as I proceeded into the hospital alone.
I knew that the hospital staff would drill me on how it happened. It was apparent I was beaten about the face, and I had to lie. I was scared of what would happen if I told the truth. As I watched this happen to my mother over and over again as a child. I knew just what to say, for they wouldn’t call the police. I was trained from a small child that being abused and terrified was the norm. Panic attacks started back when I was 13, right through adulthood.
Feeling Unworthy, Unloved With No Support
I felt unloved, unworthy, and had no support in my life, for I, too, was like my mother; I had no friends. My two best childhood school friends died in their early 20s, and I never got close to anyone to call a friend again. One died in a motorcycle accident and my other friend died from contaminated drinking water from the well at her home. She was pregnant with twins at the time. Only my husband’s friends were around, I too, as my mother was, isolated.
The onset of my symptoms was in my feet and legs; I became so overwhelmed and broken that my body gave out on me. It was attacking itself with MS. My body was giving me a great wake-up call, but I was not listening, for I did not know what was happening to me. My body was trying to help me, it was speaking to me, telling me that I needed to change the cycle of the brutal chaos in my life, to save myself and my children from a life of hell. I could not hear for I did not have the knowledge I have today.
There is Always A Positive Intention Hidden When We Create an Illness In Our Body: Finding The Root Case, The Key to Letting Go and Healing
We live in an attraction-based universe. There is a positive purpose and function for everything in our lives, everything serves us in some way. The positive intention binds us to the things we can’t heal from, we can’t let go of. The things we keep doing even though we know it hurts us in some way. The truth is that we miss the fact that it is actually serving us as well. Therefore, this is the real reason we can’t let go of it.
When we have the courage to find the hidden positive intention within the things we are struggling with we can disconnect from the cords that tie us to them, let go and heal. We can find healthy new ways to fulfill the needs we lack in our lives through understanding our hidden positive intentions. Therefore, the key to letting go and healing.
My Subconscious Positive Intention
The realization of my hidden subconscious positive intention for how I created MS in my body. It was the result of needing the abuse to stop, for who could continue to abuse me if I were sick right? I needed to feel support and love from my husband, and others, and to feel worthy. I also was a person who would never ask for help, for I was always the support for others. Those are the things I wanted and needed so desperately in my life.
At the time I came home to that hospital bed, I could not walk or even sit up by myself. My right arm did not work; over time the right side of my face looked like I had a stroke, and I had a hard time speaking and swalling food. I was receiving support from my sister, whom I had always been there for her; she was my primary support. Finally, she herself was in a loving, supportive marriage. But, on the other hand, my husband continued to be his abusive self when others were not around. When I could finally cook dinner from my wheelchair, he picked up the plate I served him at the table, smashed it into my chest, and walked out the door.
The Tower Moment To Change
Shortly after, my husband, unfortunately, had an emotional breakdown, he hit bottom with the alcohol and drugs, but on the upside, he went into a program at the VA for alcoholics and never drank or did drugs again. We were together for a few more years, then we separated. Not because of any abuse that had all stopped. I believe both of us were complete with our life lessons with each other, and it was time to go our separate ways. That was back in 99, and he is still sober today. A few years ago he got ahold of me and told me “thank you” that he had changed his life and he could have never done it without me.
I too am doing well, my MS has not been active for many years now, and all previous symptoms are gone. I am in a long-term supportive relationship that is equally given and taken. We love each other and look out for each other’s best interests. We are able to live together, love, support each other, and be separate at the same time. Neither of us tries to change anything about the other, we accept each other for who we are.
Please Do Not Suffer Any longer
I had suffered from MS and chronic spine pain, and spine deterioration for 23 years before I found this knowledge on my spiritual path. Meditation, Yoga, Tai Chi, and Qi gong are profound healing techniques and methods also. Parts-work and shadow work find the subconscious blocks, the negative energy, the emotional pain and trauma stuck in the cells of our bodies causing illness and disease. I have recovered from MS and chronic pain that once crippled me.
Please do not sit any longer in your pain and suffering. If you have found your way to this post, then you are meant to hear this message. I have used this method of self-healing for many other ailments that have shown up in my life. Especially the last year. I have wanted for so long to help others with MS and other illnesses to heal. I started this website and my YouTube channel to help others, and then all the self-doubt and overwhelming fear was setting in. Illnesses one after another were showing up in my body, why? Again my body was trying to help me, it was talking to me. Therefore, showing me what I needed further healing from.
I am Good Enough, I am Worthy
I am good enough, I am worthy to help others, just as I received help to heal. The overwhelming fear and self-doubt were making me sick and it was my subconscious body that was showing me this fact as all the doubts and fears were piling up. My positive subconscious intention was if I am sick then I have the excuse to give up, but my conscious mind wanted to keep going and help others.
I am not giving up, I am going to work hard with joy in my heart to help others heal. This is me using my trauma to do what I am meant to do. Therefore, helping others heal is my passion, it’s in my heart. The sooner you find your root cause, the sooner you can truly let go and heal. I wish this for everyone who has the courage to look within and face the emotional pain and trauma that resides there with self-compassion, as a result, find the root cause of their illness. Seek to find the positive subconscious intention within, validate, accept without judgment, let go and heal. To live a happy, healthy, loving, and fulfilled life.

One reply on “How to Find The Root Cause Of Your Illness? The Key to Healing”
You are the creator of your reality. Choose wisely. For many, this is a such a powerful, empowering realization. For others, this can create a substantial burden because you alone become accountable to your results. No matter which, this is a great reminder of the power we have to architect our own destiny. I recommend to get familiar with the power of placebo effect (net-bossorg/the-power-of-the-placebo-effect-by-randy-baker), this is pure sience showing us, what you wrote here – Our body reacts to what is happening on a mental and emotional level at a perfect match always.
