Powerful Inner Life Purpose Questions, What is Your Life Goal?

What is your life goal? Are you living your life purpose? Maybe you don’t know what that is yet. Perhaps you don’t know how to find what your life purpose is.

I believe we are put on this earth to live our soul’s purpose. To me, that means using our unique gifts and talents to positively impact the world and help create the world we want to see.

Why Is It So Important To Find Your Purpose In Life?

When you are focused on living your purpose and making a positive impact in the world, the people, resources, and opportunities you need will naturally gravitate toward you.

Not only that – everyone around you benefits, too. When you act in alignment with your true life purpose, all of your actions automatically serve others.

Have you sat down and asked yourself why you chose what you do in life? Perhaps you are not happy with what you are doing in your life right now. So many people go through life living their parent’s life. Or pressure from some other outside influence pushed them down a path not aligned with their life purpose.

It’s Never To Late To Find Your Life Purpose

It is never too late to find your purpose, no matter your age. Do what you truly love to do. What makes you happy and shine, whatever it is that fills you with passion and joy. Your work does not feel like work because it is what you love to do in this world. When we live through our passion, not only do we create joy in ourselves, but it reflects out into the world.

We find meaning in our life by creating a life we love. Therefore, from a place of our true values, principles, purpose, accomplishment, and excitement. Otherwise, we feel our actions are not positively impacting ourselves, the people we love, or the world.

When we live our life purpose, we are working toward the kind of world we want to live in for ourselves, our children, others, and future generations.

Simple Ways to Discover Your Life Purpose

Life is more meaningful if you know and live your purpose. Life is much simpler if you know what you’re working toward. Decisions are easier to make than when you’re just floating through life without direction. Believe me; I did it for years. I felt utterly broken and lost, with no idea of my life purpose. Having your life focused on something you love, especially when it creates joy, happiness, and peace in your heart, you know you are living your purpose.

It’s not too late, even if you’ve never considered your purpose. It’s worth your time to figure it out. Each day of living your purpose and working towards a goal is an enjoyable and worthwhile day.

Steps to Determine Your Life Purpose:

Believe that you have a meaningful purpose because you do! Every person on the planet has a significant life purpose. So be positive that you have a purpose and that you’re going to discover it.

Know your values, for they can provide significant clues to your purpose. For example, if your most important values are contribution, kindness, and honesty, your goal will be very different from success, popularity, and money. Of course, there is nothing wrong with wanting success, popularity, and money, but if that is all you strive for, you will still live without true happiness, joy, and fulfillment.

Align Your Goals With Your Passion

Add passion to your goals

The best way to live your purpose is to pursue goals that align with that purpose. Therefore, I mean personal and professional.

Write a list of your values and prioritize them according to what’s most important to you.

What gives you energy? Ask yourself these Life Purpose Questions:

● What activities give you the most energy?
● What are those things that you love to talk and learn about?
● What do you love to do that allows the hours to fly by?
● What makes you feel alive?
● What excites you?

Start living your purpose a little more each day, and pay attention to the feedback you’re receiving from others, the results you’re producing, and how you’re feeling.

You may be surprised at your results – and how good it feels to be showing up in the world in a way that resonates with your values and passion!

What Life Adversities Have You Overcome?

Do you have adverse life experiences that you overcome that may help others do the same? For example, have you overcome an illness or disease or addiction. Have you achieved significant weight loss? Have you overcome specific hardships, trauma, or any other adversity you could help others overcome and heal?

What Are Your Hobbies or Talents?

Are you fantastic at sewing, knitting, gardening, painting, or dancing? Anything you are passionate about and love to do can very well be your life purpose.

What and whom do you admire? Consider:

● What achievements do you admire? Is it building a successful business? ● What qualities do you admire? Mental toughness? Contribution? ● Who do you admire the most? Is it a historical figure? Your neighbor? Why do you admire these people? Do you see certain aspects of them in yourself?

Consider the end of your life. Imagine you’re at the end of your life:

● What are you likely to regret?
● What would make you happy about the life you’ve lived?
● What would make you feel the most regret?
● Now is the time to create and live a life that will enhance happiness and minimize regret.

What is Your Ideal Life

Describe your ideal life. What is your ideal life? What would be your ideal day? Your purpose in life will mesh well with your ideal life. When you know one, the other becomes more obvious.

When were you the happiest? Think back on your life to this point. When did you experience the most significant amount of happiness? How can you use that information to find your purpose?

What makes you cry? Is it watching someone overcome great adversity? Is it one of those commercials with abused cats and dogs? Anything that brings about strong emotions can provide a clue to your purpose.
