There are powerful ways to raise our vibration for spiritual growth. According to Albert Einstein, among many others, everything is vibration. Everything is one energy of vibrating molecules manifesting in many different ways, as with our thoughts, emotions, bodies, animals, trees, & rocks. There are higher and lower vibrations. Everything in the universe is made up of molecules that vibrate at different speeds.
Research by Dr. Hawkins is based on the idea that the more “true” something is, the level of vibration or consciousness is higher, and we resonate more harmoniously with the truth. In other words, when we train ourselves to be present in the moment, we resonate more in harmony with truth- because the past and future are only in our minds, and only thought is now.
Low Vibration
When we are in lower vibration, we feel fear, stress, anxiety, depression, and confusion. As a result, we can become physically, mentally, and emotionally sick. The things we do not want tend to show up in our lives.
High Vibration- Spiritual Growth
When we are in a higher state of vibration, there are feelings of love, happiness, peace, clarity, and well-being. We look to enjoy the present moment. We become fully involved, enjoying life, with our focus on what is happening at the moment—not worrying about yesterday or tomorrow.
It is helpful to be aware that like energy attracts more like energy. In other words, what vibrational frequency are we emitting? We attract more of the same through many areas of our lives. For example, low vibration energy might be poor health. Money may not be flowing as it should. On the other hand, if your vibration is high, you are more likely to attract those positive, motivating people into your life that you desire. You will be bouncing with energy; that job promotion you hoped for just landed; opportunities seem to fall in your lap.

Building a Meditation Practice for Physical, Mental, Emotional & Spiritual Well-being
Meditation is a practice with profound mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual benefits; developing a daily meditation practice is key. These benefits and the transformation it can bring consistency are essential.
However, some people find it challenging to build daily habits. Maybe it’s a lack of time, discipline, motivation, etc. However, I have studied habit-building science and developed all sorts of patterns throughout my life, and here are some tips I’d like to share as they relate to creating a solid meditation practice.
Habit Building-Discipline-Motivation
(1) Start small. It’s better to start with a few minutes, so there is absolutely no excuse for you to skip your practice for beginners. I usually recommend starting with 5min a day and increasing by 1 minute per week. This short time may sound too gradual, but you’ll be practicing for one hour at the end of one year!
(2) Recommit – At the end of every session, commit to showing up for your practice the following day.
(3) Never zero means– that every day you will practice, even if only 5 minutes, make it a non-negotiable part of your life.
(4) No expectations- Nothing kills motivation quicker than unmet expectations; allow yourself to be surprised. Let go of any expectations during meditation. The energy will shift without you resisting. You’re not fighting against anything. You are going with the flow with relaxation and breathing techniques. You become aware of your thoughts without becoming engaged with them; let them go.
(5) Be prepared– Sometimes, you will feel tired, busy, or “not in the mood.” Be mentally ready to meet those challenges with the “never zero” idea, and do the practice no matter what.
(6) Joyful attitude- Meditation is not a task but a precious moment to go deep inside yourself and enjoy the practice. It will become easy to keep it up the better you feel after meditation; the more you want to continue it daily. You find yourself looking forward to your meditation practice time.
